Please check your file, dimensions, material and quote carefully before approving a custom print.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly through our Contact page and include your order number. Whether production can be stopped depends on its current stage. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Custom-made items

A 14-day cancellation right applies to many online purchases, but an exception may apply to goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Whether this exception applies depends on the particular order.

Faults and refunds

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or materially different from the agreed specification, please contact us through our Contact page, including your order number and photos where helpful.

We will provide the remedy required by law. Any refund due will normally be made to the original payment method.

Resin prints may have minor support marks and surface or dimensional variations. These do not affect your statutory rights, and this does not exclude responsibility for faults or goods that do not match the agreed specification.
