Larger models may be hollowed where appropriate to help them print more reliably. Hollowing depends on the shape and geometry of your model, and suitable drainage or access holes may be needed so uncured resin can escape and the inside can be cleaned.

If you need a fully solid print or have specific requirements, please contact us before ordering.

Resin prints often need support structures to hold parts in place during printing. Removing these supports can leave small marks or blemishes, particularly where supports attach. We take care during post-processing, but a completely mark-free surface cannot be guaranteed.

If a particular surface is cosmetic or needs to remain clean, please tell us before ordering.

Resin printing is well suited to small parts, fine details and smooth surface finishes. Our default layer height is 50 µm (0.05 mm). The achievable detail depends on your model’s geometry, wall thickness, orientation and print settings. Extremely thin features and delicate components may not print reliably, even with high-resolution equipment.

Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of your model, current workload and the delivery option selected. Additional time may be needed for support removal and post-processing. If you have a particular deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can advise whether it is achievable.

If there is an obvious issue with your file or model, we may contact you to discuss possible solutions before proceeding. Some models may need adjustments to wall thickness, orientation, drainage holes or overall geometry.
