Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly through the Contact page with your order number. Whether production can be stopped depends on its stage; any cancellation or refund will follow applicable law.

Custom-made items

A 14-day cancellation right applies to many online purchases, but an exception may apply to goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Whether it applies depends on the particular order.

Faults and refunds

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or materially different from the agreed specification, contact us with your order number and photos where useful. We will provide the remedy required by law. Refunds, where due or agreed, are normally made to the original payment method. Resin prints may have support marks and minor surface or dimensional variation; this does not affect your statutory rights.
