Ersatz Engineering is a UK-based sole-trader business. This policy explains how information is used when you visit the store, request a quote, upload a model or place an order.

What we use

We may process contact, order, payment-status, billing and delivery details, messages and uploaded files to quote and produce prints, fulfil orders, provide support, keep required records and protect the store.

Sharing and cookies

Shopify hosts the store and PrintPrice provides quoting and file uploads. These and other relevant service providers may process information to operate their services. We do not sell uploaded design files. Shopify and installed services may use essential cookies and, where enabled, analytics or marketing technologies.

Retention and your rights

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, records, disputes and legal obligations, and take reasonable steps to protect it. UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict or object to processing, and receive certain data. Use our Contact page to make a request.
